A woman in a beige coat, pink hat, glasses, and scarf standing by a tree stump near a body of water with an old windmill in the background on a cloudy day. Dutch most significant location for tourist photoshoot.

Pictures for life, life on pictures.

A woman in a beige coat, pink knit hat, and glasses sitting on a black chair outside a brick building in an urban area. Portraiy photoshoot in cozy dutch small town.

This is me falling in love with the Netherlands! But the origin of my interest in photography lies many years back, rooted in my childhood with my dad, who was crazy about the camera.

Recently, while visiting my family home, I took an old album with my childhood photos. My dad was a photography enthusiast, he had an old (then new) Zenith camera and he was always chasing us to take photos. Then we complained "give us a break?!" But now most of the events I remember from those times are in these photos. Because for most of us, seeing is remembering.

I always thought that everyone had such souvenirs in albums - good quality photos from a SLR camera. But not everyone had a photographer dad.

My story

A person holding a vintage Zenit camera with one hand on the side and the other adjusting the top, in black and white.

I was also struck by the fact that it is so easy and pleasant to look at photos in an album, it can even be about spending quality time with family and sharing memories. And today, do we gather in front of the smartphone to reminisce and look through photos from 5 years ago? Digging out a selfie from your trip to Sardinia from among the food photos and screenshots… I only do things like this on the plane 😀 What about you?

I want it for you too.

I won’t become your photographer dad, of course. But I can become your Photog BFF! We will fill your album, or your wall, or your online gallery - choose your favorite! - with great quality pictures of your adventure. Whether it’s going to be an individual session of your dreams or a love story with your soulmate, those memories will stay with you forever. Like I’m always going to remember this summer sunset on lupine fields from my picture above (and how I almost laid down in cow dung).
