Voucher Terms & Conditions
Validity: The voucher is valid for six months, the expiry date will be printed on the voucher. The photo session must take place before the expiry date.
No extensions: The validity period cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Booking: To redeem the voucher, please contact the photographer at least one month before the expiry date. Availability cannot be guaranteed at short notice, as sessions are scheduled at least one month in advance. Bookings can be made via contact form on this website or via email at dorothysportraits@gmail.com . The recipient will receive all contact details and instructions along with the voucher.
Scope of the voucher: The voucher covers the number of images and type of location specified (outdoor or studio). The recipient may purchase additional images or upgrade from an outdoor to a studio session by covering the price difference.
Location: The standard voucher includes a session within The Hague. Sessions in other cities are possible upon request, with additional travel costs to be agreed upon before purchase. In such cases, the specific location will be noted on the voucher.
Style: By purchasing a voucher, you agree to the photographer’s terms and shooting style, as outlined in the full Terms & Conditions available on the website. Sessions are photographed and edited in the photographer’s personal style. Heavy retouching is not offered. The recipient will also receive a copy of the Terms & Conditions.
Non-refundable: Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.
Personal use: Vouchers are issued in the name of the recipient. Only the named individual may use it (alone or together with a partner, child, or pet, depending on the type of session purchased).
No-shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without at least one month’s prior notice will result in the voucher being considered redeemed.
Single use: Vouchers are indivisible and must be used in full during a single session.
Presentation: The voucher must be presented on the day of the session.
Loss or damage: The photographer is not responsible for lost or damaged vouchers.
Acceptance: Payment for the voucher constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery: Vouchers can be collected in person in The Hague or delivered by post within the Netherlands.
